After changing the username, the Test Run Activity section is not showing the updated username

Description:

If we change the username of a user, the Test Run Activity wrongly displays the old username for the past Action/s, but for the new activity, the updated Username is reflected.

Pre-conditions:

Existing Test Run Activity for a user.

How to reproduce

1. Go to User Administration and change the Username.
2. Navigate to the Test Runs details page and make some updates.
3. Observe the Activity section
   

Actual result/Attachments:

For the past Action/s, the older username is shown, but for the new updates, the updated Username is displayed.

Expected result:

The username is to be updated with the latest username for the past Action/s also.
