When a defect is mapped as a requirement, a "tested by" link must be established when the defect is created from the Test Execution page.

This is causing missing tests while creating the Test Execution from the defect.

Pre-conditions
Map the defect as a requirement.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test.
2. Execute the Test.
3. Create a defect.

Actual result/Attachments

"tested by" link type is not added in the defect.

Expected result

"tested by" link should be added.

Link the same Test again to the Bug with the link type tested by, or using the Add Test button.
