Xray is not using the new Search API for Jira 10.7

Description:
The Xray Jira 10 build is not using the new Search API, which causes problems, namely in the usage of gadgets.

Note: there may be another search API related problems not confirmed so far.

Preconditions:

1. Install a j10 build in a Jira 10.7 instance.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new dashboard.
2. Add a Pie chart gadget.
3. Edit the gadget, select the "Requirement Status" value for the Statistic Type field.
4. Save the gadget configuration.
