As system, when a defect is created in the execution page, it should be linked to the Test Execution issue

When a defect is created in the execution page, the defect issue should be linked with the Test Execution issue automatically.

When the defect is deleted from the TestRun, the respective issue link should also be deleted from the Test Execution issue.

There should be an option in Xray General configuration page to activate this feature. The feature is deactivated by default.
