As a user, I can see a Defects Traceability report

A new chart should be provided for showing the defects traceability.
This chart must be provided as a project analysis page and also a gadget.

The aim of this chart is to show the list of existing defects and their impact on the system requirements.

Input/Filters:

• (Affects) Version, Defect's status, Defect's priority, Defect's Component

Layout: the results should be provided in a table layout similar to the attached document Defects_Traceability_Report.docx .
