Projects are stil overriding global settings after Project Settings are disabled globally

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Jira Administration > Manage apps > Xray > Miscellaneous, and enable Project Settings:
   
2. Go to an Xray project, then go to Project settings > Xray Settings > Miscellaneous, and override global settings on that project:
   
3. Go back to Jira Administration > Manage apps > Xray > Miscellaneous, and disable Project Settings:
   

Expected results:

• Global settings override should be disabled for all projects, and the toggler should also be disabled:
  

Actual result:

• Projects where override global settings was enabled will remain enabled, even after Project Settings are disabled globally:
