As a user, I can see which step originated a defect in the Test Runs table

The defects column in the test runs table should display which step originated the defect.

Also, this column must only present one defect per line. When the defect was originated in a Test Step, then the step must appear next to the defect key, in the same line.

Ex:
KEY-123 (Step #3)
