As a user, I should be able to specify the Revision whenever creating a Test Execution from the Test Plan

Note: it should be possible to specify the revision or else the issue screen won't show the revision field.

The same revision field must be added to the Create Test Execution dialog when creating a Test Execution from the Test issue screen.

The field must only be visible if the Revision is configured for the create screen of Test Execution issues.
