Description

As a user, I want to view the correct Overall Execution Status in the Test Plan regardless of my access to the Projects containing its Tests. Currently, if a Test Plan includes Tests from multiple Projects and the user doesn't have access to all of them, the Test Plan status is displayed inaccurately.
