Improvements for the Add Projects functionality in the Test Execution Archiving page

When managing thousands of Projects, the Test Execution Archiving -> Add Projects functionality exhibits significant delays, both in displaying the pop-up and when selecting projects to add.
Two improvmeents can be analyzed to solve this case:
1. There are an excessive number of Jira requests to the Project Avatar, filtering out these Jira Requests would improve the speed of this functionality.

2. Non-Xray Projects are showing on the pop-up, filtering out these Projects could help improve the speed of this functionality.
