Defects created on a Test Step doesn't automatically link to Requirement

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable the "Link Defects with Requirement" in the Global Settings;
2. Create a test;
3. Create an ad-hoc test execution and execute immediately;
4. Go to any step and create a defect;
5. The created defect is not linked with the requirement.
