Integrity Checker may timeout when deleting invalid test steps

Description

Whenever the integrity checker tries to delete invalid test steps, if a lot of IDs are in the query, it may terminate the connection.

Pre-conditions

Have a lot of invalid test steps (30k+).

How to reproduce

1. Have a project with a lot of invalid test steps (30k+)
2. Delete the project or run the invalid test steps integrity check
3. An error may be thrown and it may timeout

Actual result/Attachments

Timeout.

Expected result

No timeout.
