When exporting the Test Runs Report filtered by TestRun Assignee *Current User* to CSV, the file is empty.

Description
When the Test Runs Report is filtered by the TestRun Assignee: Current User, the generated CSV file is empty. 

How to reproduce

1. Go to Test Runs Report
2. Filter by the option: Current User
3. Export the CSV

Actual result/Attachments

The exported CSV file is empty. Contains only headers.

Expected result

The exported CSV file should contain the Test Runs

Type and select the User instead of using Current User
