As a user, I want to be able to set custom text for the Defect Description

As a user, I want to be able to set custom text for the Defect Description and in different Projects. 
Currently, it is only possible to add Environment, Test Steps, Version, Label, and Components.

User friction

• It is not possible to create and set up a custom Defect Description when creating a Defect
• It is only possible to add Environment, Test Steps, Version, Label, and Components.

Steps to reproduce (right now):

1. Create a Test with steps
2. Execute Test
3. Create a defect
4. In the description, the steps and the actual result are shown

Concrete example:
A Tester executes a Test and finds a Defect
When creating the defect from Xray, the Description only includes copied Test Steps, Expected, and Actual Results. In a project, the leads want more information from Testers aside from the current Defect Values.

Workaround risk:

• Defect descriptions may become inconsistent across testers.

• Important information may be forgotten when manually editing the description.

• Additional time spent manually updating the defect description
