Integrity checker should allow to delete test runs with invalid Issue Types associated.

A Test run is the combination of a Test and a Test Execution. If a user change the issue type of a Test or Test Execution to another type while Xray is disabled, Xray will not be able to list and delete these testruns. A new option should exist for to take care of it. A new option should be added to take care of those.
