Test Case Importer displays "Data may be in an unstable state" error in Jira 11.3.2 and 11.3.3

How to reproduce

1. Create a CSV file for import into the Test Case Importer
2. Navigate to the Test Case Importer
3. Import the CSV file and map all required fields
4. Observe that the message appears

Actual result/Attachments

The message "Data may be in an unstable state" is displayed during or after the import process, despite all mandatory fields being correctly mapped. Happening with every CSV.

Expected result

The CSV file is successfully imported after mapping all mandatory fields, without any warnings or errors.

• Jira: 11.3.2
• Jira: 11.3.3
• Xray: 8.2.0 - j11 onwards

Workaround

The same behavior is not observed in Jira Version 11.1.0
