Remote Defects and Test Execution Defects count is always 0 in the Tests table of the Test Execution issue

Description

In the Test Execution issue, under the Tests table, #Def is showing the total number of Defects as expected, but the Remote Defects and Test Execution Defects count is always 0. 

Pre-conditions

Two Jira DC/Server instances Integrated inorder to create Remote Defects.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Defect in one instance (say Jira A).
2. Create a Test Run Defect in another instance(say Jira B).
3. Add the Defect created in the remote instance (in Jira A) to Test Run - Remote Defect.
4. Open the Test Execution issue and observe the Tests table columns - #Def, Remote Defects, and Test Executions Defect.

Actual result/Attachments

#Def will show 2 Defect issues, but the Remote Defect and Test Execution Defect column is 0.

Expected result

Test Execution Defects and Remote Defects count should be shown correctly.
