As a user Should be able to Filter Attachments when enable attachments while adding Xporter template.

Description:
As a user, I would like the Xporter template configuration options to include a RegEx filter in addition to the existing “Add Attached” option. This would allow users to selectively filter attachments based on specific criteria and ensure that only the relevant attachments are included in the exported document. 

User friction:
Since there is currently no filtering option available, all attachments are automatically added to the exported document, including those that may not be relevant. A RegEx-based filter would provide more control over which attachments should be included.

Steps to reproduce (right now) / Actual Result:
Create an Xporter template.
Attempt to add the template to the Xporter configuration.
Enable the Add Attachment option.
Observe the available configuration options.

Actual Result:

There is no option available to filter or exclude specific attachments when Add Attachment is enabled. As a result, all attachments are added to the exported document.

Expected Result:

A RegEx-based attachment filter should be available when Add Attachment is enabled, allowing users to specify which attachments should be included in or excluded from the exported document.

IMPACT
Since there is currently no option to filter attachments, the exported file includes all available attachments, including those that may be unnecessary. This can result in unwanted content being included in the export and significantly increase the file size, making the exported document heavier than required.

What would improve if solved:
If a RegEx filter option is provided, users would be able to define specific criteria for attachments and filter out unwanted files. This would ensure that only relevant attachments are included in the exported document, helping to reduce unnecessary content and keep the export file size manageable.

Impact on stakeholders:
Unwanted attachments are included in the exported document, unnecessarily increasing the file size and making the export heavier than required.

Current workaround:
The user must manually remove the unwanted attachments from the exported document, which adds unnecessary effort and extra steps to the process.
