    Description

      Description

When using Microsoft Edge, attempting to change the Assignee of a Test Run does not retain the newly selected user. After selecting a different assignee, the field reverts to the previously assigned user, preventing the desired assignee from being set.

      How to reproduce

      1. Use Microsoft Edge
      2. Open a Test Execution
      3. Execute the Test
      4. While in the Test Run, attempt to change the Assignee
      5. The selected Assignee is not kept; instead, it reverts to the previous assignee

      Actual result/Attachments

When a user selects a new Assignee for a Test Run in Microsoft Edge, the selection is not applied, and the Assignee field reverts to the previously selected user.

      Expected result

The selected user should be successfully assigned to the Test Run, and the new Assignee should remain selected after the change is applied.

      Workaround

      Version

      • 8.4.6 -j11
      • 8.5.0-j11
      • Jira Version: 11.3.7

      Workaround

Select the desired assignee first, then select a different/random assignee. The field will revert to the previously selected assignee, which should now be the desired user.
