Test Run Assignee is missing from Test Runs Report CSV export

Description

The Test Run Assignee column is not included when exporting the Test Runs Report to CSV.

Pre-conditions
Add the Test Run Assignee column to the Test Runs Report

How to reproduce

1. Open the Test Runs Report
2. Generate the report
3. Export to CSV

Actual result/Attachments
The Test Run Assignee column is displayed in the report but is missing from the exported CSV.
