As a user, I can see Xray configuration tabs as pages accessible by the menu

Currently, the Xray settings are all configured through a single tabbed page. Different pages must be created, one for each tab, to provide the user better navigation directly from the JIRA settings menu.

The main menu entry should be renamed to "Xray for JIRA".

A new section must be available to details the "Requirement Coverage" settings.
