As a user, I can use a Test Runs Summary gadget

A new JIRA gadget "Test Runs Summary" should provide a chart for showing a summary of the test runs grouped by a given field.

Aim: see the overall status of test runs (e.g. from a test plan), grouped, in order to be able to identify how certain parts of the testing currently are

xx: testrun's assignee, component, label or priority
yy: # test runs

Filters:

• saved filter (for finding Test Executions)
• test run's assignee, status, priority

Chart Title: by default "Test Runs Summary" but may be customized

Show as table: flag (disabled by default) for showing the chart values in a table
