As a user, I can use a Execution Effort Summary gadget

A new JIRA gadget "Execution Effort Summary" should provide a chart for showing a summary of the test execution estimated and realized effort (in time).

Aim: see the consumed testing effort and be able to compare it against the realized/real effort, by person, componenent. What is taking more time?

group: testrun's assignee, component, label or priority
yy: # test runs

Filters:

• saved filter (for finding Test Executions and thus related Test Runs)
• testplan or project+version
• test run's assignee, status, priority
• test environment

Chart Title: by default "Execution Effort Summary" but may be customized

Note: for the estimated execution effort, the standard estimated effort field from JIRA may be reused.
