Description
A new JIRA gadget "Performance Bottleneck" should provide a chart for showing the list of tests that are impacting more in the testing by consuming more time. The list of tests should be provided in descending order.
Aim: see what tests consume more time and that may need to be addressed/refactored. Slow tests impact in the overall test progress, namely in CI and on-time feedback to developers.

Chart Title: by default "Performance Bottleneck" but may be customized
