As a user, I can configure which versions are visible in the Requirement Status custom field

If the current Requirement Coverage strategy depends on the Fix Version, it makes sense that the Requirement Status CF also depend on the version.

The user must be able to configure which Fix Versions should be visible in the Requirement Status custom field in the Xray configuration.

The user must select of of:

• Earliest unreleased version: the oldest unreleased Fix Version.
• Unreleased versions: all unreleased Fix Versions.
• Requirement Fix Versions: all Fix Versions explicitly associated with the Requirement.
