As a user, I can use a "Overall Test Runs Results" gadget

A new JIRA gadget "Overall Test Run Results" should provide a chart for showing the test run results distribution by status. Thus, it is possible to quickly see the overall execution status in terms of what's planned.

Aim: have a high level overview of the testing progress related with some test executions, namely the ones belonging to a Test Plan, in terms of Test Runs.

Show as table: flag (disabled by default) for showing the results in a table view

Filters:

• saved filter (for selecting Test Executions)
• testplan or project+version
• test environment
• test run's assignee, workflow status, priority, component
• test type

Chart Title: by default "Overall Test Runs Results" but may be customized

Note: the color codes should corresponde to the configured ones
