Unable to edit Test Sets and Test Executions in Project Panel

From the Projects menu, select a project.
Under the Add-ons section, select Test Sets
Click on the cog to edit a test set other than the top one in the list.
When the page loads, the top entry is displayed and not the selected Test Set
