As a user, I can see an "Executed By" field in the execution screen

This "Executed By" field should display the last user that executed the Test. This field is setted whenever a user changes the status of the execution, either by changing the global status, manual test steps or cucumber samples results.

The "Executed By" field must appear in the execution details section. This section layout must be modified to include 3 columns:
1 - The first column contains the "Assignee" and "Executed By" fields.
2 - The second column contains the Start and Finish Dates.
3 - The third column contains the Versions and Revision fields.
