As a user, I should be able to specify the CI build in a Test Execution

As a user, it should be possible to include the CI build information in Test Executions.
Therefore,

• Test Execution should have a custom field for specifying the CI build; this field should be a linked text field (in order to point to the CI build URL)
• Test Execution creation dialog should provide this field
• REST API endpoints should provide the CI build information
• it should be possible to pass the CI build information whenever submitting test results using the REST API
