    Description

      As a user, I should be able to make a report (similar to a crash report) that may be used for support purposes, to make the analysis of any eventual problem simpler.

      The report shall contain only:

      • a dump of all Xray settings
      • the list of installed and enabled add-ons, along with their respective versions
      • JIRA version
      • Server ID
      • list of available issue types (names and ids)
