The REST API endpoint for the Tests of a given Test Set does not return the expected fields

Whenever invoking the REST API endpoint for the obtaining the Tests associated with a given Test Set, the "id" and "rank" attributes are not returned, as mentioned in the documentation here: http://confluence.xpand-addons.com/display/XRAY/Test+Sets+-+REST .

Note: the "summary" attribute, although in the documentation, should not be available in this endpoint, to be consistent with other similar endpoints.
