As a user, I can navigate the execution screen taking into account the filtered test runs from the Test Execution

As a user, I should be able to filter Test Runs in a Test Execution (for example by assignee) and then whenever going to the execution screen, I should be able to navigate between Test Runs (next/previous) taking into account the initial applied filter in the Test Execution.
