When creating new Sub Test Execution, Fix Version Doesn't Match Parent Requirement

If we create a Story with Fix Version = V3, when we use "Create new Test", the Fix Version in the new Test issue will default to the same value as in the Story. However, when we use "Create new Sub Test Execution", the Fix Version defaults to the earliest version available, e.g., V1.
