As a user, I should be able to access a Release report

As a user, I should be able to access a Release Report which should/could include the following metrics:

• Release progress
  • progress bar (similar to the one available within the Releases project section)
    • data: all issues (except Test and Test Set) having the specified FixVersion 
    • status: based on the workflow status of issues
•  Requirements
  • Requirements %, # per coverage status
    • data: all coverable issues (accordingly with the configuration) having the specified FixVersion 
    • coverage status: based on the coverage status calculated for the specified FixVersion
• Defects
  • Amount of testing defects, i.e. linked/reported during testing (open/scheduled for fix/closed)
  • Other defects (open/scheduled for fix/closed)
• Testing
  • Tests %, # per coverage status
  • # Test Plans
    • data: all Test Plan issues having the specified FixVersion 
    • unresolved/?? TBD
  • # Test Executions
    • data: all Test Plan issues having the specified FixVersion 
  • Test Runs %, # per  status
• Environments
  • Test Environments used (having executions/validated)
