In the Execution page, if there is a version in context and we are creating a new issue from top menu button, then the "affect version" is populated

In Test Execution page, if there is a version in context and we are creating a new issue from top menu button, then the "affect version" is populated.

The affect version is to be populated when creating a defect from the context of the Execution Page (if the admin setting is checked) but not from the top menu button "Create"
