Allow execute in tests to trigger a Bamboo plan that runs defined test cases

Is there a way we can have the Execute under the different tests run a configured Bamboo plan?

I have a Bamboo plan configured to run the cucumber tests against the step definitions and import the results into X-ray, but triggering it is the issue I'm facing. We originally thought the execute button for Cucumber tests could be configured to trigger some sort of process, but it seems it only takes you to another page where you manually perform the tasks required and import the results.

Please advise.
