As a user, I can view the Test issues in the issue search from a Test repository's folder

As a user, I can view the Test issues in the issue search screen from a Test repository's folder action.

Note: it should open a new browser tab. The user will be presented with Jira's Issues search screen, using the proper JQL function.

It should ask to show all child tests or not (by default, it shows all child tests).
