Stories with an Epic link are not listed within the Requirement Coverage Reports

If the user filters the requirements by Fix Version, and the Epic does not contain the fix version and consequently is not on the search results, the stories bellow the epic that have the filtered fix version are not considered in the report.

Xray must check if the parent requirements are on the search scope. If they are not, the children must be displayed in the report if they are on the filter scope.

As a workaround, users can choose the flat view.

This bug affects the "Overall Requirement Coverage", the "Historical Requirement Coverage", and the Traceability reports.
