As system, whenever importing results using the REST API I can decide to add Tests to the Test Plan

    Description

      As system, whenever importing results using the REST API endpoints, if I want to associate it to a Test Plan, I can optionaly decide to add Tests to the Test Plan automaticaly.  

      For this a new optional parameter "addtests=true" should be passed
