As a admin, I can configure the Version Strategy for the TestRunStatus CF

The user can configure the TestRunStatus CF version strategy just like the "Requirement Status".

The following options should be available:

• "No Version": Considering always the latest execution.
• "Earliest Unreleased Version" (default option): Considering the latest execution in the earliest unreleased version.
• "First Assigned Version": Considering the latest execution in the first assigned version.
