As a user, I can configure Xray settings at the project level

Some Xray settings can be moved to the project level. This will allow to configure projects with different settings.

Possible settings to move are:

• Requirement Status Custom Field Versions
• Test Set Status Custom Field Version
• Restrict automated Test status
• Requirement Coverage Strategy
• Ignore Requirements with Status
• Ignore Tests with Status
• Requirement Historical Chart Days
• Include Previous Version Requirements
• Issue Type Mapping
• Cucumber Language
