As a user, I can expand/collapse all PreConditions in the execution screen

As a user, I can expand/collapse all PreConditions in the execution screen.

By default, the Pre-Conditions will be collapsed, but the user will have the hability to expand all. This behaviour will be saved in the user's context, so if he visits this execution or another one in the future, the behaviour he will get will be the last recorded one.
