As a user, I can see a table with Test issues in the Pre-Condition issue view page

A new section named "Tests" must be visible in the Pre-Condition issue view page for showing a table with all Tests associated with a Pre-Condition issue.

The table must show the following columns:

• Key
• Summary

Sorting should be possible for all columns.

The last column of the table must contain a remove button to remove test entries from the table.

A button should also be visible to associate multiple Tests to the Pre-Condition. When clicking this button, the issue search dialog should open to allow the user to search for Test issues.
