Xray's activity feed should be improved

Some Xray's activities feed are displaying useless or wrong information.

All activity streams should be reviewed.

As an example:

1.  From a Test Plan, select add Test Set
2.  Choose a Test Set that contains a large amount of Tests

Result:

1. Xray comment adds 'Updated the Test' for each Test linked to the Test Plan.
