As a user, I can choose which version field should be used to test and requirement analysis

Currently, the Fix Version field is used as base for project analysis including tests and requirement coverage. The user should be able to configure another version field to use. This must be provided as an Xray project configuration.

The Fix Version field which has an impact on the releases in JIRA as Test Executions are then counted as part of the release progress.
