Traceability Report Status Filter not working

Hello,

most of our users are using jira in German. We figured out that those users, have a problem when they want to filter on status.

As you can see from "JiraFilterBug 4" (see attachment) when the user has the language set to English and selects "Open" in the status filter field, he gets all the issues whith the status "Open". Doing exactly the same but in German "JiraFilterBug1", the user receives a message saying that there aren't any issues found. "JiraFilterBug2".
