Too-long Manual test steps look like they've been cut off

When viewing Manual test steps, if a step's text is very long, it gets cut off with a fade at the bottom of the text box. You can click on the box to view the rest of the text. However, if there is whitespace at the same place as the fade, it it not obvious that the text has been cut off and that you can click to see more of it. Some users have been reporting that half of their test steps are being lost.
