As a user, I can access a project tab for analysing Tests and their status in a specific version

A new project tab must be available for Test analysis. This new page provides an overview of all Tests and their status for a specific version.

A server paginated table of all Test issues for a specific version should be visible in the page with some useful filters, just like the existing Test Sets and Test Execution pages.
