Test count is not refreshing in test sets page

Hi Team,

There is a project in our JIRA which has Test sets. In display, the Test Count associated with test set is mentioned as 208 but if we go inside the test set and count the test cases manually we are getting count of 187. Here the test count is not refreshing.

My observation here is that there's a potential issue in JIRA related to refreshing, I just took one test case and assigned to another test set, this got refreshed and now number is matching.
