new report with TestPlan overview

Hello,

we would like to have a report like the image you see above.

Just a little change to the above screen would be to have also Defect Summary and Defect Priority (after 4th column)

We would like also ability to save this report as an excel file to be able to share with external people without JIRA access.

As parameters, this report would let you select how many builds (revision) you are interested to see
